Rick Owens Mainline Creatch Cargos from SS10 "Release" in black. Highly sought after classic Creatch cargos in the more fine "mainline" iteration. Rick Owens occasionally revisits some of their classic garments outside of the DRKSHDW diffusion label to modify or remold with better fabrics and more disposable resources, thus resulting in a higher retail price point. Compared to the DRKSHDW versions, these Creatch Cargos have triple reinforced seams down the middle where the pockets meet the main body fabric, an elastic waistband that is built separately from the drawstrings, reinforced pockets with robust velcro attachments, a stronger more protruding drop crotch, larger cargo pockets, and the most notable detail, the signature "band" revolves around the entirety of the pant and is attached by velcro in the back. Made from a thin but durable poplin-like fabric and not the fleecey, athletic material that the DRKSHDW iterations are sported with. 7/10 condition. Great condition for 7 year old pants. Mild fading. These pants also went through some recent "rap history" and ripped down the middle severing the garment in half. This was repaired rather well, and is pretty much unnoticeable from the outside, but the tailor removed one of the two "| |" tags as a consequence of the repair. The season tag and wash tag remain. Size L but due to the repair and elastic waistband can fit M-L. These do not fit like the DRKSHDW counterparts. The elastic waistband fits tighter.$600 -

One of the key design elements for the women's collection was word play. Garments sported words such as "Insult/Sunlit" "Listen/Silent" "Noise/Thoughts" and the collection's title "God/Dog". The gold/silver embroidery used to detail the distressed areas glisten and reflect, bolding the customized accents. Above the signature UC lighting bolt is a green yarn with "teeth" over it resembling the motif Jun has used in the aw05 season for jewelry and graphics. These embellishments are unique to this jean which was unfortunately only released for women and never reissued making bigger sizes harder to find for men. Undercover FW09 "Earmuff Maniac" Scab Pants. FW09 was a strong season by Jun Takahashi comprised of gradients, heavy padded jackets, and a lot of warm reds and oranges. For the men's collection however Jun took another stab at his highly influential "scab" aesthetic. Takahashi's first Paris debut SS03 "Scab" roared throughout the fashion week with crude patchwork, ethnic trimmings and a lot of uncalculated embroidery. With the habit of revisiting many of his past collections, Scab takes the crown for the most revisits/reinterpretations and is sprinkled throughout men's collections. This is a reinterpretation of the nearly impossible to find "Scab" ethnic pant. Although the original is in a different league in terms of detail, design and craftsmanship these fw09 pairs updates the silhouette, mutes the colours and makes it more "digestible" for the wearer. SS07 "Purple" Leather Sleeve Tailored Perfecto. This is the leather sleeve tailored jacket in the more sought after "Short-Collared" version. Tailored jacket clashes with moto perfecto -- A fine example of Jun Takahashi's rebuilt/reconstructed pieces. The torso/body section is deconstructed and ripped out from a whole jacket, with the distressed lamb moto sleeves attached to the inner lining of the jacket, with the leather reaching the mid-chest. The novice designer would start the leather where the shoulder meets the sleeves and sew it down, but an entire hand and a half can fit underneath the cutoff shoulder blade. This attentive detail is a prime example of what separates Jun's subtle deconstruction efforts from the rest, with many more hidden in other staple pieces. 8.5/10 condition. Every season Margiela takes the sneaker and "does" something to it; Inverts the colour scheme, makes it out canvas, paints it, makes it out of different shapes of plastic, replaces upper out of used recycled paper, rubberizes it, burns it, papier-mâché mummifies it, glazes it, dips in paint, thrashes it, turns it inside out, makes it out of cork, makes it out of rhinestones, replaces upper with 3m, invert the tongue and remove eyelets so its laceless, changes the texture to faux snakeskin, have the entire Margiela team sign the shoe, provides you with a pen and replaces upper to be a draw-friendly material so you can draw on your gats and so on. For this iteration the front upper portion is made entirely out of a woven basketweave. Its a breathable material better for hotter days and is more flexible than leather, but not water resistant. These are the infamous and heavily sought after double air cuts featuring two Raccagni zipper that spiral upwards both legs . Men's versions were only produced for one season and are scarce, which results in buyers to scour for them in women's sizes. These are an uncommon women's 31, which fit a unisex 31, and unlike the mens counterparts these have a more desirable skinny fit. The wash and some parts of the distressing were part of the original design, however a lot of modifications have been made to these pairs. A large majority of the patching has been layered with fabric underneath the distressing. The bottom hems have a button installed to optionally close the original flaring out to a skinny fit. The "Ring Coat" with its recognizable massive hood comes in multiple shapes in iterations, including long silhouettes, waxed cotton, D ring metal button ups and other miscellaneous hardware revisions. The original ring coat was a thinner waxed cotton with metal ring fasteners instead of the fasteners and buttons used today. This is the heavy twill iteration in khaki. Double lined wrists cuffs, multi-adjustable waist section button down, leather inner fasteners, pull-tab hood fasteners, two front welt pockets and back lumbar-adjust buttons. The coat can be styled in an endless amount of ways with two examples shown in our pictures.
