Raf Simons Recent Navy High Top Sneaker. The base of the sneaker is made out of nearly two pieces of leather. Instead of there being a break or a lapse where the eyelet meets the upper near the sole, the shoe’s leather wraps around to the other side and meets there. Pictures explain this much better so I suggest taking a look. Super minimal aesthetic with next level construction behind the scenes.

8/10 condition. Creases. Mild Heel drag. Size 10

The print execution is flawless resulting in a clean print on the soft, high grained, textured nubuck surface. Lined leather inner with detachable wrap around flap. Leather laces. 7.5/10 condition. Sole condition is slightly worn but no significant heel drag. The indigo dye has naturally seeped into the white areas. Some creasing. Fits a 9.5

    06 Dustulator Pig Skin Dunks
    Rick Owens 2006 Dustulator "Dunks". Made from soft Pig Skin in a brown colourway. The Iconic Rick Owens Dunk has many variations. This earlier variation had a detached tongue, lined with cow leather and imitation wool and the Nike "swoosh" placed a little lower. Rick's iconic "Rick in Heels" logo is sewn at the top of the tongue and its stitching is -not- apparent on the other side like the later variations. Raccagni zippers, stapled sole, extra long laces. Pig Skin is extremely elastic and bubbly, almost feels like a well oiled old person's face... In a good way. Rare Brown Colourway which complements the aged yellow sole. There is minor cracking on the sole, it is all cosmetic imperfections. The staples, for how old the shoes are, are in pristine condition, with only one of the staples reinforced with a mild anticorrosive adhesive. I'd like to emphasize, again, that these staples were extremely well taken care of and the shoe was properly resoled with a toplift quite frequently. For those who are unfamiliar, the staples in the back are the first to usually fall apart with the Dunk. Size notation is usually missing with the older renditions of the dunk. This does however fit a size 42.

Many iterations were made over the years, different colourways, materials and construction including one collaboration with Chrome Hearts.This Dunk iteration is made from the more durable, softer and high grain Lamb Leather. "I swooned with flattery when Nike sent me a cease and desist" - Rick Owens Staples at the back were professionally mended by a cobbler. No cracks on soles, upper is in great condition with some drying at the toebox. Sz 42 or so.

    Rick Owens 2007 "Vans" in a classic Black/White. Rick Owens once sought to pursue a low top Vans silhouette in addition to the highly acclaimed "Dunk" Sneaker which molded itself over a concoction of Nike hi top sneakers. Extremely rare and limited in quantity, this is in the "old skool" classic black/white colour featuring an all leather upper, shares a "Dunk" 'Staple Sole' and leather inner. Exaggerated silhouette, curved, like many Rick sneakers and bold accents. Contrast white stitching. Both staples are intact and show slight rusting which makes it in amazing condition for a 10 year old shoe as the staples are the first to deteriorate with Dunks as well. Upper is in perfect condition despite the natural dye bleeding from the black upper into some of the white parts. Hardly noticeable scuffing around the front sole. Heel drag. sz 40 but fits a 41.
