Rick Owens Drkshdw “Aircuts” in a gradient brown from AW06. These are ancient aircuts from the earliest days of Drkshdw. Featuring washes and colourways that are now defunct, an extra inner flap which I don’t understand (nor have others) under the button fly, Raccagni zippers. Straight fit. No belt loops. Paneled construction. This is pre-“lanyard” or the extra-long-tag Drkshdw sported with many smaller details not apparent in later renditions of the Aircut. Around this period, Rick tags, including mainline tags, were horizontal instead of vertical as seen on these pants.
8/10 condition. Shows some signs of wear. Size 31, womens. Fits a 30-31, identical to mens except for slightly shorter rise.

FW2013 “Plinth” Mainline Velour Aircuts
Rick Owens Aircuts from "plinth" FW2013. Aircuts very rarely hit the mainline label and usually reside only in the "DRKSHDW" subline. These pants are more hefty in construction and are made from a superior material composition than the DRKSHDW counterpart. For this season Rick went at it with a simple straight cut, with one cargo pocket in the front and two regular pockets at the back. Fold over signature aircut zip with the classic and universally well-acclaimed Raccagni zippers instead of the more recent YKK zips with a button on the back. Fine details like the belt region being uninterrupted and conjoined seamlessly with the main body. The material is of a thick velour/velvet cotton in a pitch black.
NWT 10/10 condition. Size 50, fits a 33 or so.
