The "Army Jacket" Pant, a strong highlight of SS17 Greg Lauren, featured a jacket reconstructed over a pair of joggers with the same zip design that pulls all the way to the upper thigh. This is a special order of said design with a smooth black satin material with sleek sheen. Sides of pants are a contrast army cotton fabric. Lined with loungy material. Features one half in vintage tropical wool and the other in a hodgepodge of tent fabric, tent bag fabric and miscellaneous hefty vintage army fabrics. Lauren concatenates the most rugged and weather beaten fabric into a new garment while preserving the soul and age of the now repurposed fabric. Multiple strings and loose fabric which were once used for functional purposes hang down the garment for aesthetic appeal. Asymmetrical design, with one end riding heavier than the other on wearer.
